All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All Divas & Queens Vintage-Realm tags must be attached and never removed, no exceptions. Exchange and refund are void once the tags have been removed. After inspection and approval of the item, the customer will be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of the refund approval date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
