Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Orders generally ship within 1- 2 business days if items are in stock. Orders requesting same day shipping must be received by 2pm EST for UPS. Due to fluctuating pick up time for US Postal Service parcels, same day shipping cannot be guaranteed. If your order includes items which must ship the same day, please contact us to verify availability.
UPS Service in the U.S. includes Ground, Two-Day, Three-Day, Overnight Economy (afternoon delivery), Overnight (morning delivery - where available). Overnight orders shipping on Friday will arrive on Monday unless customer selects Saturday delivery. UPS Saturday delivery is not available to all addresses. Please email or call to verify availability. UPS requires a street address and will not deliver to a PO Box.
UPS Service Worldwide (used for international parcels outside the U.S.) includes Express, Express Plus and Express Expedited.
US Postal Service (within the U.S.) Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or Express Mail (1-2 day delivery). Postal delivery dates vary depending upon the specific address. Postal Service may only be able to guarantee the date ranges set forth above (i.e. not a specific arrival date). Delivery dates for Priority or Express may not be guaranteed to all addresses. Any freight carrier surcharges (such as change of address, incorrect address, refused or undeliverable packages, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
US Postal Service International Orders (outside the U.S.) - Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery) or Express Mail (3-5 day delivery). The US Postal service does not guarantee these delivery dates to all addresses. First Class Mail is not available for international shipments outside the U.S.
Date Required Items: If a "Date Required" item" is on back order and/or if your chosen shipping method will not guarantee delivery by your date required, Divas & Queens will contact you. If we are unable to reach you, your order will ship as per the method you have selected and/or may have to ship with a back-order.
